All Eelctric Mazda MX-30 From £30495
Mazda has confirmed pricing for the limited-run First Edition version of the MX-30, its first electric car.
It can be pre-ordered now for £30,495 – or £26,995 when the OLEV grant is deducted.
The first examples, of which there will be just 500 in the UK, will arrive early next year.
Pricing and availability for the full MX-30 range is expected to be announced later in the year.
The MX-30 uses a 35.5kWh battery, which can provide a range of around 124 miles.
Despite its compact footprint, Mazda has designed the interior to feel spacious by using a floating centre console and rear suicide doors that reveal a pillar-less opening.
Standard interior equipment includes a windscreen projecting head-up display, eight-way electrically adjustable drivers’ seat, a colour seven-inch TFT dial display, a leather wrapped steering wheel and chrome trim accents.
The First Edition comes with Mazda Connect, satnav, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Radar Cruise control.
Customers ordering a Mazda MX-30 First Edition will also qualify for a free wall box home charger.
